SUPPLIER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTY. SALES RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFAULTS.
Claims against the supplier for damages are erased three (3) years after the damaged party was informed or was entitled to be informed of the damage, default and the identity of the manufacturer. Ten (10) years after the specific product’s release in the market results in the extinction of the damaged party’s rights against the manufacturer. In case of any doubt regarding any product’s manufacturer’s identity that you purchased from us, please contact us.At last, Mourdoukoutas ASH P.C. is obliged to comply  with all regulations regarding vendors in accordance to Civil Law. Specifically, in case of a defaulted product that you have purchased from us you can a) require its repairment without any further charge or its replacement unless it is impossible or it requires disproportional expenses b) require a price reduction and c) exercise the right of withdrawal unless the default is minor. The above mentioned obligations are not valid in case of the default being caused by you, or under s.s. or s.l. force majeure. In every case, products must be accompanied by all the necessary legal documentation, certificates, identity cards and their delivery receipts.

ORDER DELAY

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
 Product delivery has been delayed from our supplier. In order for us to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a large range of domestic or international suppliers. There are, however, cases where an order can be delayed in the customs or during the transfer, resulting in lack of availability in our storage facilities while we were expecting it to be delivered to us. In this particular case, we are going to contact you and inquire whether you would like your order to be delivered without the unavailable product or propose an alternate product. The product will be delivered to you as soon as it is received in our storage facilities.

In times of extreme weather conditions or strikes or pandemics and in cases of force majeure, that can affect the transfer and delivery of your order.

In case where contact with you via telephone or e-mail is impossible  (if a problem emerges in your order, regarding your product, or its payment) because for example your personal information are not correctly updated. RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchased products within seven (7) days from the day of receival. 
During the sales period, product returns are not accepted, except from the exchange with another product. Money refunds are not accepted for sales products. Products must be delivered within seven (7) days from the day of receival and in their original package and condition.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days and only if the products you wish to exchange are in excellent condition, without any damage, without them being destroyed and without their security tape removed. Moreover, they must be contained in their original packaging with their retail receipts or invoices.The customer covers the costs of returns as well as the customs charges.

The customer must reassure the safe returning of the products, and that they will arrive at our offices at their original condition. We kindly propose that you use a delivery service for the return of your products that uses a tracking service for its deliveries, so that you can easily track your return and check if it has arrived at our offices.

Each exchange request should be addressed to us within 7 days from the delivery date of the products.If you wish to exchange a product with a new one with a lower price, we are going to credit you the price difference at the payment place you have chosen.Exchanged products should be in excellent condition, have their safety label on and be kept in their original packing.Exchanged products not competing with the abovementioned conditions, will not be accepted.Please contact the customer service department at info@ash.gr for any information or clarification.

REFUNDS POLICY

‍Money refund will be credited to your debit/credit card or your bank account within 10 weekdays from the date you received your order.Shipping costs or/and safety expenses for your products cannot be refunded yet will be abstracted from your bank account or credit/debit card in case of exchange some of the products ordered.
If your order is shipped to a non-EU destination, you will receive a refund for all taxes and duties imposed on your products.

If your order is shipped to a non-EU destination all taxes and duties imposed on them, burden the customer. You may avoid the payment of these taxes and duties dy contacting directly to the Customs Services of your home country.
